About the role

A hands-on internship where you'll write real content for real clients from week one. You'll be paired with a senior writer who'll guide your growth.

What you'll do

  • Draft blog posts, social media captions, and email copy
  • Research topics and assist with content planning
  • Edit and proofread content before client delivery
  • Contribute ideas during team brainstorms

What we're looking for

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or similar
  • Strong writing samples (academic or personal projects count)
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn quickly

About the role

You'll support the design team on live client projects, learning the pace and standards of agency work while building your portfolio.

What you'll do

  • Assist with social media graphic production

AI Prompt Engineer

What will you do?

  • Prompt mastery and consulting: Guide the team on getting elite-level outputs from AI tools.
  • Quality control: Review AI outputs against Content Nation's standards and brand voice.
  • Workflow automation: Build automated pipelines (Zapier, Make, API integrations) to keep the team lean and fast.
  • Project ownership: Pitch and execute your own AI-driven projects, such as a custom GPT or a new content product.
  • Sticking to the edge: Research and test new AI models and features to keep Content Nation at the forefront.

Here's what you need

  • 5+ years of proven experience in a professional environment.
  • The soft skills and maturity to manage stakeholders and collaborate across departments.
  • Deep understanding of prompt engineering techniques (Chain-of-Thought, Few-Shot, System Instructions).
  • The ability to spot AI hallucinations and mediocre outputs from a mile away.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and adapt fast.
